Every Woman Needs to Watch This Video (And Embrace Sweating It Out)

As the saying goes, “Women don’t sweat, they glisten.” Except they do sweat—it’s biology. We love how this video shows women of all shapes and sizes get their blood pumping while swimming, running, and boxing as empowering mantras flash across the screen. (Our personal fave: “Sweating like a pig, feeling like a fox.”)

The clip is part of This Girl Can, a campaign from Sports England that was developed to empower women to push against the barriers society constructs to keep them from working out. As Victoria, one of the women in the campaign, says, “It’s totally all right for a man to give it everything, look rubbish, and sweat. Whereas girls have to look nice all the time, but you can look nice and sweat.” We couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
